Standard and advanced vision systems as well as other sensors can be incorporated on our sorting machines.
Gi incorporates 3D depth sensors to measure complex depth features as well as detect visual defects. This sensor is perfect for internal or external step heights, pocket depth or for measuring flatness. Visual defects like porosity, dents and scratches are detected based on depth compared to normal surfaces.
