The Gi-360T is a 3D high speed laser gauging and inspection machine. Precision split/narrow laser beams, multi laser velocity gauge and system 22 modeling of threads are used to accurately measure parts to print tolerances. It uses 3D data from multiple laser beams to detect defects that may only be on one side of the part such as damaged threads.

SPECS
- Size: 66″ x 32″ x 78″, 600 Lbs
- Rates: Up to 500 PPM
- Part Diameter Range: 4mm – 35mm
- Part Length Range: 10mm – 150mm
- Power: 110v-240VAC 50-60Hz 1 Phase
User-friendly software is designed to allow operators to quickly program dimensions and tolerance of all pertinent profile features. All data is stored by part number with instant retrieval. With inspection rates up to 400 parts per minute, the 360T ensures the quickest return on investment.

Optional Sensors
Eddy Current and vision sensors are options that can be added to detect such defects as missing internal features, broken recesses, head cracks, heat treat and plating variations.
The Gi-360T inspects 360° to ensure every part meets the print tolerances, is free from damage and optionally free from metallurgical inconsistencies to guarantee zero defects.

Optional Axial Vision
Can be added to the Gi-360T to detect head or flange cracks. The unique optics “unwrap” the OD for 360º defect detection without stopping or rotating the part allowing for crack detection at rates up to 400 parts per minute

Optional On Track Vision
Combined with LED lighting can be added to the Gi-360T to inspect parts for head stamp presence/quality, recess damage, ID/OD measurements and detect other visual defects on the head or end of parts

Optional Super Eddy Current
Gi Eddy-Current is completely digital with adjustable frequencies. It can inspect a wide range of materials and detect metallurgical defects such as presence of heat-treatment and seams.
