100% 3D inspection with multiple precision optics

Multi-View Surface Inspection
A 16-camera vision inspection station provides more than 360° surface inspection. Used specifically for flaws and damage detection around the case circumference. Proprietary software analyzes part images in real-time, locates defects, and compares the defect size to the quantitative tolerances with finer detail than specified in Mil-Std-636. An additional 8 color camera SD vision station is available to detect stains, acid burns, and other surface discolorations.
