I wanted to personally thank you for helping General Inspection (“G.I.”) achieve such rapid growth, particularly over the past three years. G.I. has been fortunate to have the support of our valued customers and suppliers as the development of G.I.’s product line has progressed. Your feedback and suggestions have been invaluable.
G.I. continues to invest very heavily in R&D for all types of technical sorting and gauging, with a focus on sensors and our proprietary software. We expect to continue to set the world standard for laser, optical and eddy-current sorting and inspection equipment.
I am very happy to announce G.I. has acquired the assets of NDT, Inc. of Holly, Michigan. NDT has specialized in internal diameter inspection. Their products can profile and/or gauge the entire internal geometry of cylindrical parts. This acquisition will immediately strengthen G.I.’s NCTP (non-contact thread probe) product line for inspection and detection of internal threads.
Additionally, we expect to offer upgraded versions of NDT’s unique products. We will advise you as these offerings are available.
