Davisburg, MI – General Inspection, LLC is excited to announce that it has successfully installed 7 high speed inspection machines in Taiwan. Two Taiwanese bolt manufacturers added Gi-300’s to upgrade their 100% inspection capabilities.

The seven Gi-300 inspection systems boast advanced technology, including Laser Gauging, On-track Vision and Super Eddy-Current.

Laser Gauging ensures comprehensive dimensional analysis and precise measurements of OD features, including lengths, diameters, radii, and threads. An integrated precision multi-laser velocity gauge ensures accurate and repeatable length measurements.

On-Track Vision Station with a high-resolution camera and custom LED illumination for detailed visual inspection of the top of heads and recess features, like broken punch, cracks and the quality of head stamps.

Super Eddy-Current utilizes advanced digital eddy-current technology to ensure parts have properly gone through the heat treatment process. Programming is simple utilizing a complex impedance plane.
